Being directly influenced by the two cultures of China and the United States, Gigi Tang’s creations often show her fusion perspective of the two cultures. Drawing is the most traditional medium of storytelling, even predating the creation of language. Gigi Tong believes that as an artist, she can manipulate the picture to achieve the purpose of observation and narration.
